Well another 4th of July has come and gone. Annie and I decided to run the 5K together wearing matching outfits. So we purchased red knee high socks, blue shorts, red tank tops, and red, white, and blue head bands. It was a lot of fun. The race started at 7 am on the 4th. We were able to see all the hot-air balloons in the air at the start of the race and ran the parade route. We stayed together the entire way and finished strong at 30 minutes. I had a great time running with Annie and crossing the finish line together!
That WAS a really fun run! Good thing you were there to push me til the end! Love ya!
