I've decided to create a running blog. I will be using this blog to post the different runs that I will be doing this year. I will also be including how my training is going for the St. George Marathon in October. In this marathon I am hoping to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I need to run the full marathon in 3 hours and 40 minutes, so wish me luck! I will be trying to cut 1min and 30sec off each mile and I know this will not be easy but I think it is possible.
